I crept down the hall, watching the shadows greet each other. The moonlight threatened them and the scurried along, converging like a school of fish. Climbing to the sill seat, I admired the waves of ivory. The usually seeming omanis night, was gorgeous and the stars in the sky were like the eyes of a lover. Hugging my knees, I wished to dance among the palm trees, their leaves swaying gracefully in the wind. Stretching my leg out to touch the cold floor, I lightly tip-toed over the smooth boards, twirling and dipping. My memories flew about in the air as if notes of music floating to ones ears. Gliding back to my room, I slid into bed, letting the blankets embrace me in a warm nest... Dreams were not long to arrive...
